Great time this year at our yearly Women’s Camp! had 30+ girls from all over the United States. The ladies did a little of everything you can imagine! Self defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, sparring, mountain climbing, strength and conditioning. Can’t wait for next year.
